Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are billed according to zip code or country code. We will use the lowest possible rate charge from our selection of freight
carriers that ship to the recipients specified location. In some cases it may be necessary to have the product delivered to a shipping depot for pickup if a truck does not
have access to a non-commercial location. If delivery is residential, please specify a lift gate truck for delivery. The driver is not responsible for off loading the product.

Errors and Omissions
Power Sports Factory stands behind every product we sell. If we have made an error (i.e. not as advertised, wrong quantity shipped, wrong item shipped), we will
correct it at no cost to you. We want your business experience to be pleasant and trouble free. If, however, the buyer orders the incorrect part or item then the buyer is responsible
for any shipping charges for the return and or replacement of the part or item.

Freight Damage
All shipments are inspected and in perfect condition prior to leaving our warehouse. Shipments are FOB origin. Damage in transit are the responsibility of the
freight carrier. If a box or crate is damaged or crushed, please note the damage in the shippers receipt. If the product in the package is damaged, we will help you with the claim,

Overdue Delivery
Most orders ship via freight, UPS, or Priority Mail, and are traceable. If your shipment is overdue, please submit a Customer Service Request by phone

and let you know its status. Some shipments to APO and other military addresses are sent via US Mail only and will take longer to ship. If an APO shipment is more than three

All shipments originate in the United States. We are required to collect sales tax on retail orders sold within New Jersey. Customers may be responsible to pay
sales and/or use tax in their own jurisdiction. International customers are responsible for any assessed taxes or duties in their countries. Additional carrier, customs, and
