Business of Power Sports Factory, an overview

Power Sports Factory, (“PSF”) imports, markets, distributes and sells motorcycles and scooters. The motorcycles and scooters are manufactured in China.

Qianjiang Motorcycles, (“QJ”) is the second largest producer of motorcycles and scooters in China. In 2006, QJ acquired the well-respected Italian motorcycle designer and manufacturer, Benelli Motorcycles. PSF intends to provide high quality scooters with fresh, new, innovative, and attractive designs.

On May 15, 2007 PSF signed an exclusive, ten-year, licensing agreement with Andretti IV, LLC, to brand a quality line of scooters and motorcycles worldwide. Andretti IV holds and contracts the personal name, likeness and endorsement rights of Mario, Jeff and John Andretti.

PSF History

Power Sports Factory, Inc. (PSF), is a Delaware corporation formed in June, 2003 by the President, Founder and Acting CFO, Steve Rubakh. PSF imports, markets, and distributes motorcycles and motorbikes (scooters). These products have been marketed mainly under the “Strada” and “Yamati” brands. Current retail pricing, for motorcycles and motorbikes, ranges from $1,595 USD to $3,999 USD, depending on engine size.
